great stay with some room for improvement
The evening staff truly excelled in making our room change seamless, being accommodating with everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room left a positive impression, and it felt welcoming for our family.
While the overall experience was enjoyable, the room could benefit from a few modern updates.

Just an appropriate option for a quick weekend visit in Bristol with reasonable value. The complimentary fruit was a nice touch. Consider taking the stairs for exercise as there's no lift.

The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the scenic viewpoint and various eateries. The room was compact yet well-equipped, featuring essentials like a fridge and hairdryer. Cleanliness was impressive, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout my stay. the bathroom showed signs of age, and there was limited space in the room for larger luggage.

Recommend it for families
I got to experience the exceptional service of the staff who went out of their way to find us a spot in the bar to share family photos. The breakfast was quite the surprise, they had a variety of local produce that really got the day started right.
Wasn't exactly cheap but you get what you pay for.

Cozy and charming stay
I had a lovely 5-night stay in a single room. It was super comfy and spotless, with a great view. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delish, especially the Eggs Benedict. A small bummer was that the internet was spotty, which made things a bit tricky. really enjoyed my time here!

Friendly staff and a comfy stay!
Had a nice time here! The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with all my requests. The breakfast was yummy, I totally recommend the eggs royal! The only bummer was that my room felt a bit small for the price. But overall, a solid place to chill while in the area.
